Kudos to all those who supported HB in getting a $410K grant to draw up a carbon neutral plan for the city.  Doug Morino from the Easy reader did a great job of covering the story.

As contemplated in an earlier post, a carbon neutral Hermosa Beach is the next logical step from the Green Idea House to the Green Idea City!
