Kelly Hamm is the owner of the design/build firm Coastal Creations. He has worked in construction throughout his life doing high quality building projects ranging from residential homes to commercial banks. To date, he has completed over 35 projects that bring together a pragmatic approach to building science along with an understanding and responsiveness to his clients’ needs. Green, sustainable buildings are the natural next step of what Kelly has always practiced – durable, well designed and constructed buildings that use materials and energy wisely.
With our world’s resources constantly being depleted, Coastal Creations wants to find new methods to maximize the potential of each resource being used. The Green Idea House will allow us to educate and learn ways to design and build homes more efficiently and with more environmental sensitivity.
